Silence is releasing on 23rd December. It’s been a long time since Martin Scorsese decided to make the movie after he read the novel with the same title in 1988.
The above video describes how long the process took for him to kick off the production. Earlier this year eventually the movie took off. It’s a joy for the fans of Mark Scorsese that the movie will be out soon. The movie already premiered in Vatican City on 29 November.
Silence follows two 17th-century missionaries (played by Andrew Garfield and Adam Driver) as they face the ultimate test of faith when they travel to Japan, where Christianity was outlawed at the time, to find their missing mentor (Liam Neeson).
